Thank you so much for offering so many gluten free options! The raspberry chicken crepe was excellent! Can it be made with lower fat and calories?
To cut about half the calories and fat, specify that you would like a slightly smaller crepe with a little less cheese and no nuts.

I used Coffee and Crepes for my 40th birthday party. I thought it would be different and fun to have dessert crepes instead of cake. They were sooooo delicious! Melissa was our chef and she did a fabulous job. All the guests raved about how yummy they were and the flavor options were wonderful. Bananas Foster was my fave! You can't beat the price for the service you receive. Thanks, Andres!!

My friend and I went to for lunch and it was delicious. We even had a dessert crepe and so stuffed when we left. The best tho was the train chai tea. The two girls working were great and working very hard. Looking forward to going back real soon. We live 50 minutes away and well worth the trip.

Our whole family loves Coffee and Crepes! The crepes are fresh and delicious and seems to have much better nutritional value than most quickly-prepared foods in the area. The only thing I wish is that you had nutritional information for items in the restaurant, and had more complete nutritional information on the website (in particular, I want to know calories for the mushroom swiss crepe with salad). Thanks!

Thank you to Coffee & Crepes! We had a small wedding ceremony at our house. Terri showed up with a lovely menu to cater a brunch following. The crepes were a huge hit with our guests. Thanks to Terri for all of her hard work and to both Terri and Andres for making our day so special

Wow Michelle! Thanks for the awesome post! No plan to open a store in North Raleigh just yet. We do full-service catering up to one hour away from our store in Cary. It's lots of fun for your guests and you can sit back and enjoy your party. Looking forward to meeting you and your friends at the Designers Downtown Market on Saturday. It's the best craft fair around.

I just received another delicious looking email from you. I live in Rolesville, NC and have only been to your place 3 times. On my birthday in August was the last time I had the absolutely superior Chicken/Raspberry crepe. I have not tasted any better crepe since my last visit to Europe in 2008. I wish you had a N. Raleigh location. I would tell all my friends in the Wakefield area and you would get a lot of business. I was excited to see that you will be at a downtown event on Nov. 28. I will most certainly plan to come just for your crepes.
I think I would like to try a fruit melby and your coffee. (Morning) and Chicken Fajita for lunch. I will bring several friends for you to meet. Your customer service is excellent and I wonder if you would consider catering as far as Wakefield area.
